2. Data we collect
We collect the data you provide through our forms, mainly your name and email address when you join our investor list. Additionally, we receive automated technical information such as IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited and browsing time.
3. Purposes of processing
We use your data to send you information about real estate crowdlending projects in Argentina, respond to inquiries, improve the site, comply with legal obligations and, where you have expressly authorized it, send you commercial communications related to new developments.
4. Legal basis
We process your data based on your free, express and informed consent when completing our forms, as well as on compliance with legal obligations applicable to crowdfunding platforms registered with the National Securities Commission (CNV).
5. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell your data. We may share it with technology providers acting as data processors (hosting, email delivery, analytics), always under contractual confidentiality obligations and exclusively for the described purposes.
6. International transfers
Some providers may be located outside Argentina. In those cases we require adequate safeguards in accordance with current regulations, including Provision 60/2016 of the Agency for Access to Public Information.

We keep your data while you remain subscribed and for the additional periods necessary to comply with accounting, tax and regulatory obligations.
